The First 1,000 Days Suncoast Team is delighted to share some wonderful news — Dr. Chelsea Arnold, Initiative Director, and her family have welcomed a beautiful new addition. Baby Cooper arrived on March 19, 2025, bringing joy and excitement to all. Chelsea shared, “We are all absolutely in love as we complete our family of five. We are grateful for all the support from family, friends, and colleagues.”

Additionally, First 1,000 Days Suncoast was proud to promote Screen-Free Week and had the opportunity to feature this initiative on ABC7's Suncoast View alongside our wonderful partners at The Florida Center for Early Childhood. Together, we emphasized the importance of reducing screen time, strengthening family bonds, and integrating screen-free practices into daily routines - key actions that support healthy child development.
