Perinatal Mental Health Coordination Hub

March 9th, 2023

The Perinatal hub provides a safe space for parents who are pregnant or postpartum to reach out for mental health support. By filling out a quick and confidential form online, our Family Navigator connects them with local services and follows up to provide ongoing support and care coordination during a vulnerable time.

Since February, First 1000 Days has assisted 11 pregnant or postpartum parents in getting connected to mental health resources for depression, anxiety, and/or stress.
